Sure this stuff isn’t exactly legal jargon, but hopefully it will protect me…
My disclaimer is simple:
If you know me in real life, don’t mess with me by overanalysing anything I write. Don’t call people who will then call other people and start some big messy drama because you think I implied something that wasn’t there. Keep your own baggage to yourself. My blog is here to be enjoyed as light entertainment (one can only hope) and a significant effort has been made so that this does not become a forum for me to b*tch about stuff (or people) that shouldn’t be made public or break bad news before those close to me hear it.
Yes, you lurker/s. You know who you are and you know you’ve done this to me before. Think carefully about your knee jerk reactions to what I write.
I do truly love blogging and I want this to be fun for everyone. Whether you know me in real life or not.
I will keep my personal email address, home town, full name and any positively identifying photographs or full names of those I blog about out of this blog (unless they give permission), but it’s ok if you know me and stumble across this. Your positive comments are most welcome.
Also, on a serious note: The views expressed on this blog have nothing to do with any place/organisation that I am employed by. I will never name who I work for, nor disparage them. I will maintain as much anonymity as possible to protect both myself and whoever I am an agent of.
